Lexington man accused of sexually assaulting clinic worker
SOUTH JACKSON -- A Lexington man was arraigned Friday in Jackson City court for allegedly fondling and kissing a clinic worker against her will.
Officers responded Thursday to Primary Care Specialist on South Highland after a blood specialist said she was inappropriately touched by a patient. The worker stated that after drawing the blood of Charles James he stood up, grabbed her, touched her breasts and kissed her. She then ran from the room and alerted other clinic personnel.
James, 69, is free on $1,000 bond as he awaits his next court date on Sept. 4.
