Police: Man Hid Marijuana in Toilet and Baby Bag

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn.- A jackson man is behind bars after Medina Police said he tried to hide marijuana from them.
Investigators arrived at an apartment on caleb drive Tuesday night where they say found James Freeman, 24, inside.
After getting permission to search the apartment, police said they found marijuana hidden inside of a baby bag and other paraphernalia throughout the apartment..
According to court papers police also found marijuana in a toilet from where they say Freeman had tried to flush it. Officers then removed the toilet and found marijuana inside the trap of the toilet.
Freeman was charged with the manufacture, sale and delivery of a controlled substance, drug possession and tampering with evidence.
He is being held the Gibson County Criminal Justice Complex in Trenton.
