JACKSON, Tenn. - Jackson police arrested Donald Morrow, 50, of Jackson, with trespassing and stalking.
On Sept. 21, police were contacted by a 41-year-old woman living in an apartment building in the 200 block of Morningside Drive. She reported that Morrow was found standing in the living room of her apartment while she was sleeping. He then left after being discovered by the woman's father.
She told police that Morrow, who lives in the same apartment building, makes her feel uncomfortable because he has repeatedly asked to see her feet. She has consistently told him no and asked him to stay away from her. Her 9-year-old daughter has also seen Morrow looking through her bedroom window.
Investigators determined that Morrow gained entrance to the woman's apartment through an unlocked door. Morrow admitted to police that he stood in her apartment for a couple minutes and watched her while she slept. He has a long history of inappropriate behavior.
Morrow was arraigned Tuesday in Jackson City Court on charges of stalking and criminal trespass. He is being held in Madison County Jail on $10,000 bond.
His next scheduled court appearance is Oct. 11.
