JACKSON, Tenn.- The home for the Jackson Generals, Pringles Park, appears to be in limbo.
The signs at Jackson's only professional baseball stadium have been covered. According to Mayor Jerry Gist, the staff began covering the signs because no new naming rights deal, Thursday.
The Pringles brand was recently sold to Kellogg.
The previous 15-year naming rights deal ran out at the close of the 2012 baseball season in September.
All of the signs referring to the stadium as Pringles Park are being covered until a new deal is reached or until a new naming sponsor is found.
Management of the Jackson Generals had no comment about the signs being covered up.
