JACKSON, Tenn.- An agency that helps those who are down on their luck showed off their new facility.

Supporters and leader of the Regional Interfaith Association, or RIFA cut the ribbon on their new Airways location, Thursday afternoon.

The public was allowed inside to look at the building and services offered by the agency. RIFA provides education, daily meals and many other opportunities to its clients.

Some community leaders said the ministry is a blessing for the community.

"We are here, we are moved in, we are unpacked. All the construction is complete. All the finishes are done. We are now ready to move forward, continuing our work on our mission and expanding and moving forward," said Lisa Tillman, executive director of RIFA.
RIFA leaders said the ministry reaches out with the love of Christ to help people in need and to provide resources for a better future.
