Radio Host Sentenced on Peeping Charges

JACKSON, Tenn.-New details emerge Tuesday in the sentencing hearing for a former radio personality, pastor and teacher as Willie Ozier explained who he was looking for when he was caught peeping into a woman's window.
He pleaded guilty to trespassing and peeping last month. Tuesday, in an unusual move for the sentencing hearing, Ozier took the stand to make a statement. He was also questioned by the prosecutor, during which Ozier, who is married, admitted to going to the north Madison County neighborhood to look for a woman he had had an affair with.
At his plea, last month, Ozier was placed on supervised probation for 11 months and 29 days.
After his testimony, Tuesday the judge increased his punishment to include 72 hours of jail time, counseling and was told to have no contact with the victim or her children for the next year.
