Rape Suspect Waives Preliminary Hearing

JACKSON, Tenn.- Larry McIntosh waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday in Jackson City Court.

McIntosh, 24, was one of the staff members in charge of supervising troubled teens at Madison Oaks, and was charged with aggravated statutory rape and statutory rape by and an authority figure.

His next case will be heard by a Madison County Grand Jury. He is free on $75,000 bond.
