JACKSON, Tenn.- A second arrest has been made in connection with the shooting that injured a woman near downtown Jackson earlier this month.

The U.S. Marshals Service announced Monday that Kentavious Jones, 21, was arrested. Jones was wanted for criminal attempted first degree murder.

Victor Clark, 18, was arrested earlier this month on charges of attempted first degree murder and aggravated trespassing .

Officials had been searching for Jones since December 14, a day after a shooting that happened at a home in the 300 block of Gordon Street.
