Second Guys Church Member Arrested

GUYS, Tenn.- A second pastor of the Guys Church embroiled in a federal lawsuit with the 7th Day Adventist Church has surrendered to federal authorities.
Lucan Chartier, the assistant pastor of the Creation 7th Day Adventist Church held a news conference Tuesday in Redlands, California, then surrendered turned himself in.
Last month, head pastor Walter "Chick" McGill was arrested on a similar federal warrant.
The two were told they would go to jail if they did not take 7th Day Adventist out of their McNairy County church's name, due to copyright infringement.
McGill is serving out his sentence in California. He has refused to eat while in jail and continues his fast.
