JACKSON Tenn.- A Jackson man is accused of snapping pictures under women's clothing during a church function at Cornerstone Pentecostal Church.
According to officials, Richard Rushton was arrested October 4, accused of using a hidden camera attached to his shoe to snap the photos.
"I saw him trying to touch little kids. I observed him with a camera on his shoe filming my granddaughter and that hurt me. I just don't understand, I thought he was a nice guy." said Debbie Taylor, family member of a juvenile victim.
Rushton was also accused of using a video camera to shoot video under skirts at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church. He was arrested in 2010, but the case never went to trial.
Rushton is in jail on $100,000 bond. He is set to appear in court October 23.
