MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.- Another West Tennessee club has found itself in the cross hairs of law enforcement. The "Up North Club" be declared a public nuisance and shut down.

Sheriff David Woolfork confirmed the department has turned in an extensive file detailing calls to the Highway 45 north location, which has operated under the names, "Club Poise" and "Up North."

The sheriff said he hoped the county attorney will file a public nuisance action soon. Woolfork believes the number and types of incidents may escalate as time goes on and hopes the business will be shut down before that happens.
