Soap Tossed in Paris City Fountain

PARIS, Tenn.- City leaders in Paris are foaming mad after soap was tossed into the city's fountain twice over the weekend.
The waters were finally made suds-free thanks to the work of city crews. But it was a costly prank. The cleanup averages about $250 each time.
City leaders said the fountain was soaped for the first time shortly after it was dedicated last year.
Officials said they planned to press charges for destruction of public property when the responsible parties are caught.
