JACKSON, Tenn. - Three Jackson residents arrested in March and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor were back in court Thursday.

The three aspiring rap music video stars are accused of giving an underage girl drugs and alcohol and allowed her to perform simulated sex acts on video.

During the preliminary hearing for Joey Deberry, Morgan McLemore and Marcus Adams, the judge dismissed the charge of sexual exploitation of a minor for all three. However, he sent the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor to the Madison County grand jury.
