St. Mary's Students Learn Dangers of Bullying

Joe Sullivan

This morning at Saint Mary's School in Jackson, all of the students gathered to hear the importance of not being a bully.

Students from Madison and Saint Mary's taught the children valuable lessons.

The children watched as skits were performed and learned what to do if they are being bullied.

They were told that STAMP stands for, Stay away from bullies, tell someone, avoid bad situations, make friends and project confidence.

All of the students signed pieces of paper pledging to speak up about bullying.
