WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News Staff
JACKSON, Tenn.- In a follow-up to a story WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News brought you earlier this week, the two guns stolen from a Madison County deputy's car have been recovered, thanks to a viewer seeing the initial story and realizing he had probably bought stolen weapons.
Jordan West, 24, of Jackson faces counts of burglary of a motor vehicle and theft. He was also wanted on an outstanding warrant from Louisiana where he was on probation for robbery.
Early Monday morning, West was accused of taking two rifles and a laptop from the deputy's car, which was parked in the Camilla Trace Apartment Complex. The computer remained missing.
