West Tennessee's most anticipated parade rolled through the streets of Humboldt ,Friday morning

This is the 75th year for the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival and the great weather and elaborate floats certainly did it justice. Several High School and Middle School bands marched while the pageant girls brought beauty to the streets of Humboldt.

Leaders said this is one of the largest parades in West Tennessee...and it is all made possible by sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and everyone who attends.

"It's the people it's the passion of Humboldt, it's the tradition, it's all the people that have volunteered, it's our corporate sponsors. Other festivals throughout the state just don't have that commitment in their towns," said the festival's president Randy Terry.

Leaders said the parade had about 30 floats and 100 vehicles this year.
