JACKSON, Tenn., - The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a wreck, that killed one man on Interstate 40 Saturday night. THP Officials said, Harvey K. Tapp,36 died from his injuries Investigators believe Tapp was driving Eastbound on I-40 around mile marker 89, when he lost control and crossed over the median. "The vehicle's tire may have blown out," said Investigators. Officials said, Tapp's vehicle overturned several times before it landed on the Westbound side of I-40. The crash happened around 8 p.m. Traffic was backed up as crews worked to clear the scene. Officials said the victim was wearing a seat belt.
