April 13, 2011 – Holly Bobo is reported as missing.

April 15, 2011 – Rainy weather affects the Bobo search

April 18, 2011 – TBI says that they have searched about every part Decatur County, part of Henderson County and part of Benton County

April 18, 2011 – Area businesses step up to assist law enforcement and volunteers

April 19, 2011 – Twelve additional TBI agents arrive in Decatur County

April 20, 2011  Prayer vigil held marks one week of Holly Bobo missing

April 21, 2011 – Amerawear in Lexington asked by the Bobo family to print t-shirts with her face on them

April 25, 2011 – Officials reveal that the average cost of the Bobo search is $500 a day

May 4, 2011 – Bobo family publicly thanks everyone for the help they have gotten from across the region.

May 6, 2011 – A 15-year-old Lexington girl faces criminal charges after telling police she was kidnapped at gunpoint and brought to Jackson.

July 12, 2011 – Large, color decals featuring a picture of Holly without makeup go on sale for drivers of large trucks to purchase.

August 1, 2011 – Police search for convicted sex offender Victor George Wall in connection to Bobo disappearance

October 13, 2011Decatur Middle School students hold a special ceremony for Holly including balloons release marking 6-month anniversary of her disappearance

November 4, 2011 – Decatur County Sheriff asks deer hunters for help to find Holly Bobo.

February 2, 2012 – Community members in Decatur County raise Bobo reward to $250,000

February 13, 2012 – In wake of Bobo being missing for one year, students and faculty at Riverside High School organize event to learn how to protect their privacy on social networking sites.

August 27, 2012  Elizabeth Smart, who was abducted at age 14 from her Salt Lake City home and survived comes to Scotts Hill and speaks

February 18, 2012 – TBI says they find Holly Bobo's purse

February 19, 2012 – Holly Bobo's mother has tells investigators that the purse found near the site of her daughter's disappearance was not Holly's.

May 1, 2012 – Holly’s brother, the only witness to his sister's abduction, says he has endured police interrogations, has been strip searched and has received death threats.

May 16, 2012 – Family petitions Governor Haslam and the Tennessee State Legislature to re-focus its efforts and resources to find all of the missing persons in Tennessee.

May 17, 2012 – TBI says non-profit organization “Without Warning” did not investigate the case of Holly Bobo, despite WSMV airing several stories during newscasts as well as a special documentary.

June 12, 2012 – An Indiana man has been arrested and accused of trying to frame a police officer from North Webster, Ind., in the Bobo’s alleged abduction.

December 16, 2013 – Bobo family offers $250,000 for information leading to an arrest and changing of a suspect.

February 28, 2014 – Search warrant for Zach Adams executed in Holladay, Tenn.

February 28, 2014 – The director of the TBI addresses the media about recent searches executed in connection to the search for Bobo.

February 28, 2014 – Shelby County Sheriff's Office confirms that they have sent a cadaver dog to assist with search efforts going in connection to the Bobo case.

February 28, 2014 – Zach Adams in jail on an aggravated assault charge, and according to the DCSO, might have more charges pending.

February 28, 2014 – Benton County Sheriff confirms that Zach Adams was booked and released on drug related charges within the last two weeks.

March 1, 2014 Bobo's home community joins to pray for the Bobo’s return and answers in her case.

March 3, 2014Adams appears in court and is formally charged with aggravated assault. He is accused of holding a revolver to a woman's head and threatening to kill her on Feb. 6. He is also accused of pulling a knife on her and threatening to "gut" her. Adams is ordered to be held on a $1,000,000 bond.

March 4, 2014  Copy of Zach Adams' previous arrest record in Decatur County is released, includes 14 arrests with 24 charges over a span of eight years - including various drug charges and aggravated assault.

March 5, 2014 – TBI will host press conference about recent Holly Bobo developments 

March 5, 2014 – Zach Adams is charged with Especially Aggravated Kidnapping and Felony First Degree Murder of Holly Bobo. TBI says that this investigation is still ongoing. 

March 6, 2014 – Chester County Sheriff Blair Weaver says that Zach Adams was placed in solitary as a precaution.

March 11, 2014   Adams pleads not guilty to felony murder and aggravated kidnapping charges during afternoon arraignment 

March 20, 2014  The family of Holly Bobo joined other families in Nashville to petition lawmakers to allow photos of their loved ones during trials.

April 2, 2014Adams faces additional charge of coercion of a witness. Adams reportedly asked an unnamed inmate to - "Tell my brother he is the one who started this (expletive) and if he don't shut his mouth he will be in the hole beside her."

April 9, 2014 Zach Adams waives his right to appear for his status hearing. Judge Creed McGinley said in court that he regretted granting Adams' request. McGinley set another hearing for April 30 at which time Adams will have a public defender appointed to him if he has still not retained one.

April 29, 2014 The TBI announces a press conference revealing new and significant developments in the Holly Bobo case

April 29, 2014  Aggravated assault charges against Zach Adams where he allegedly held a revolver to a woman's head and threatened to kill her then pulled a knife on her and threatened to "gut" her were dropped. 

April 29, 2014 – A special grand jury is called regarding Zach Adams, according to the Decatur County Circuit Court Clerk. Media is not allowed in the courtroom. 

April 29, 2014 – TBI announces Jason Wayne Autry, 39, has been indicted in the murder and kidnapping of nursing student Holly Bobo.

April 30, 2014 – Jason Autry appears in court for status hearing, says to judge "Right hand before God: I am innocent, sir.

May 2, 2014 – Jason Autry and Zach Adams’ criminal records span more than 15 years and include at least a dozen court appearances. Court documents list out numerous drug, burglary and assault charges dating back to 1998.

May 27, 2014 – Immunity deal voided against third potential suspect (Shayne Austin) in Holly Bobo case. Austin’s attorney says he should still get immunity

May 28, 2014 – Jason Autry's trial date set for December 17.

June 4, 2014  – Judge tells Adams’ attorney he does not want Adams to be treated differently in Chester County jail.

June 10, 2014   – TBI confirms two more arrests in the investigation into the kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo. Jeffrey Pearcy and Mark Pearcy both are charged by the TBI with accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence. TBI agents believe the pair has knowledge of a video of Holly after she disappeared.

September 7, 2014   – Decatur County Sheriff Keith Byrd confirms a human skull is found in a wooded area less than 15 miles from property owned by the family of Zach Adams.

September 8, 2014   – Human remains found the day before belong to Holly Bobo, the TBI announces during a news conference in Decaturville. The TBI had announced earlier the same day the remains had been taken to a TBI lab in Memphis for analysis.

September 9, 2014  – Bobo family declines at last minute from speaking at news conference. The family's attorney Steve Farese, District Attorney Matt Stowe and Decatur County Sheriff Keith Byrd all address the media. Byrd says there will be more arrests in the case.

December 17, 2014  – Attorneys representing Dylan Adams, Zach Adams and Jason Autry each tell Judge Creed McGinley they plan to motion for a change of venue out of concerns for finding an impartial jury.

December 18, 2014  – The TBI announces District Attorney General Matt Stowe has requested to be taken off the Holly Bobo case and replaced by a special prosecutor. This comes after news of a meeting in which the TBI said Stowe asked for TBI support to be suspended in the 24th Judicial District. His request to be removed from the case is characterized as part of a compromise between Stowe and the bureau, with TBI support restored in the district.

January 6, 2015  – Jennifer Nichols is named special prosecutor in the case, replacing District Attorney General Matt Stowe, who asked to be removed from the case.

February 9, 2015  – A former jailer who reported being threatened for not "taking care" of a suspect in the Holly Bobo case is charged with filing a false report.

February 23, 2015  – Shayne Austin, a key witness in the Holly Bobo case, is found dead of a suspected suicide.

April 12, 2015  – Nearly four years after Holly Bobo was abducted, hundreds of friends and family members gather at a memorial service to remember her.

May 20, 2015  – Three men previously charged in the disappearance and death of Holly Bobo face additional charges in the case.

June 3, 2015  – The prosecution announces they will seek the death penalty against all three suspects in the Holly Bobo case.
