Tulum Worker Robbed in Parking Lot

JACKSON, Tenn. - Jackson police are investigating the armed robbery of a worker at Tulum Mexican Restaurant, late Monday night.

She told officers she was walking to her her car around 10:45 p.m., when two slim-built black men wearing all black with bandannas over their faces approached her. She said they both had guns and robbed her of her purse.

They were seen running across Carriage House Drive toward Wallace Road. They are described as between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall with dark complexions.

The woman was not physically hurt.
