Two Men Arrested after Allegedly Breaking into Shed
JACKSON, Tenn. - Two Jackson men were arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly being caught breaking into a shed on North Royal Street.
According to a news release, Terry Wallace, 45, and Lloyd Ragan, 50, were arrested and charged with burglary, theft of property under $500 and possession of burglary tools.
Wednesday morning at about 8:30 a.m., a home owner arrived at his residence in the 2200 block of North Royal Street and reportedly saw a vehicle in his yard and a man run from his shed.
He reported two men left the driveway in a vehicle and the victim followed the suspects while calling police.
Officers were able to stop the suspect vehicle and said that they recovered items that had been taken from the victim’s shed.
Additionally, officers reported recovering tools that the suspects had been using to break into the shed. The recovered property was returned to the homeowner.
Police are now investigating whether the two men may have been involved in other similar incidents.

Both suspects with be arraigned in Jackson City Court at 8:00 a.m.
on Thursday December 13. Additionally, Terry Wallace has an
outstanding warrant in McNairy County authorities are holding him for that agency as well.
