Two Men Shot in Lexington
UPDATE: The suspect, James Wynn Jr., turned himself in Tuesday evening.
LEXINGTON, Tenn. – Two men were shot in Lexington after an apparent argument, Tuesday afternoon. The suspect in the shooting at-large.
According to Lexington police, around 1:30 p.m. they responded after an argument between three men near the intersection of Reed and Vine apparently ended with one of the men shooting the other two men. The two who were shot ran from the scene and were found on nearby streets. Police believe the men suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The alleged shooter also fled the scene.
Police have identified the suspect as James Wynn Jr. He was last seen driving a 1994 Cutlass 2-door convertible with black wheels. The vehicle has a possible Tennessee tag of 190TPL. Police said Wynn has associations with Madison and Hardin Counties.
He is expected to face several felony charges in the incident.
