Hardeman County Serial Burglary Suspect Caught

HARDEMAN COUNTY, Tenn.- After a week of searching, authorities now have their suspected serial burglar in custody.

Whiteville Police said Kevin Grandberry, 35 was taken into custody from Covington, TN early Tuesday morning. Grandberry was wanted by the Whiteville Police Department for burglary and felony evading.

He is accused of breaking into the Foodland in Whiteville on November 21st and leading authorities in a pursuit from Hardeman County to Haywood County and Brownsville. Investigators said Grandberry is also wanted in connection with several burglaries that have taken place in the past few weeks in Fayette County.

Officials said Grandberry will face charges in Hardeman, Fayette, Haywood and Tipton Counties.
