CAMDEN, Tenn.- It looks like the legal battles for Benton County gun enthusiast James Yeager are only getting started.
West Tennessee and world renowned gun and tactics teacher, James Yeager had his gun carry permit returned after being accused of making threatening remarks on his YouTube page.
Just weeks after a Benton County judge awarded Yeager his carry permit back, the Tennessee Department of Homeland Security appealed the ruling.
In a statement Yeager told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News, "We have not yet been served with the state's appeal papers. We will reserve comment at this time."
