NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Nashville Police have charged two adults accused of harboring a teenage fugitive suspected of killing a 17-year-old walking to catch his school bus.

Deputy U.S. marshals and Nashville police captured the boy this week after tracking him down to an apartment in east Nashville. Police said he had been on the run since the April 11 fatal shooting of Pearl-Cohn High School student Johnathan Johnson.

On Friday, police said the suspect's cousin and the cousin's girlfriend harbored him in the apartment, and both were charged with being an accessory after the fact.

The teen suspect has been charged with criminal homicide. Police say he stalked his victim, knowing he would be walking his regular route to the school bus, and then shot him. No motive has been given.
