Baby found safe in stolen car
JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Jackson police say a woman left her 2-month-old baby in a car with the motor running as she went into a store at a gas station and the car was stolen with the baby inside.
The car, with the baby unharmed, was found 30 minutes later at an apartment complex.
It happened Thursday, shortly before 2 p.m. at a gas station on Jackson's Northside Drive.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is continuing.
