Lexington police think they've solved a rash of car break-ins in the city with the arrest of a man and a woman. Billy Wagers and Jacquelin Webster were arrested Thursday and police said a lot of evidence came to light. Dozens of people who live in the Chevy Chase neighborhood have awakened in recent weeks to find their vehicles ransacked and valuables stolen from them. Police said Wagers and Webster were also wanted in Scott County thefts.
