Man missing after fire burns Dickson County home
CHARLOTTE, Tenn. (AP) - A man is feared dead in a Dickson County house fire.
According to WTVF-TV, the blaze was discovered around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities said a woman got safely out of the house and two children who live there were not home. A Dickson County Sheriff's deputy tried to get into the burning home to rescue the man, but was forced back by the flames. The home is in a rural area outside of Charlotte and firefighters had to haul in water. |
