Nashville’s Pop-Rock Duo NEELY to Release New Album
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A duo from Nashville is preparing to release their next album on March 3
“The Voice of Daughtry, The Heart of Evanescence, and The Guitars of Three Doors Down”, NEELY’s style and sound will resonate with the release of their new album Kiss My Grits on March 3rd. This hard hitting release is a follow up to their acoustic album Color Blind and rock infused Everything I Am.
The collaboration of Jeremy and Kaci Neely, a married couple with a passion for music, seek to blend eclectic sounds, catchy hooks, and energetic grit into a rocking experience. In 2000, NEELY began honing their sound after years spent in Cosby, MO and Bennington, KS, exploring their musical influences. Finally settling in Nashville, the couple has found their niche in the southern pop-rock style.
As an underdog in the Nashville music industry, NEELY understands the importance of growing a grassroots following and having local support. As part of their newest album, NEELY, with the help of photographer Brandy Kemp, shot their music video and album cover art in the Milan and Medina area. That Church in Medina also provided a location for a venue scene, with locals playing the audience, in the “Kiss My Grits” video that will be released in April of this year.
