East Chester Students Belt out TCAP Version of "Let it Go"

CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn -- Starting Monday, students across West Tennessee will begin TCAP testing, and teachers are getting pretty creative in how they're preparing their students.

Educators and students at East Chester Elementary School created a rendition of "Let it Go" from the Disney movie Frozen.
The video is making it rounds on social media; The Tennessee Department of Education even retweeted it and posted it to their Facebook.
Annabelle Lockridge is one of the more than 400 students that participate in the "Bring it On" version of the song.
"It was a fun thing cause it encourages people to, well it encourages them that TCAP's not that bad," Annabelle Lockridge, a 3rd grader said. "It lets the teachers know what you've learned, and it's really fun."
The video was recorded with less than a week's preparation.
