Grilled Corn Avocado Salad

Grilled corn avocado salad is a healthier option to put with chicken or any other meat you might be grilling for the holiday.

What you need:
4 ears of corn
2 whole avocados
1 pint of Cherry tomatoes cut in half

honey lime dressing
juice of two limes
2 TBS of honey
1 clove garlic-crushed
1/8 TSP salt
1/8 red cayenne pepper

Grill the corn for about three minutes or until it starts showing color, but not too long so it doesn't dry out. Cut the corn off the cob, cut the tomatoes, and carve the avocado. Then mix the remaining ingredients and let the salad marinate for 20-30 minutes.

One tip for cutting the corn: Use a bunt pan and put the corn in the center so when you are cutting the corn off the cob, it falls into the pan.
