*Free parenting classes are offered through the Exchange-Club Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse at its centers across West Tennessee. The centers also offer classes for grandparents who are now caring for their grandchildren. *If you would like to apply for the Jerome Ellington Perseverance Scholarship, which is awarded to high school seniors, visit your school's guidance counselor during the first week of January 2013 for information. Donations help making the $500 scholarships possible. Donations are accepted at any Regions Bank branch. All gifts to the Jerome Ellington Perseverance Scholarship Fund are tax deductible.
