Zaxby's Credit Card Fraud Case Did Not Affect Jackson Restaurants

JACKSON, Tenn. - Zaxby's restaurant is warning its customers that their credit or debit card information may have been accessed and they could be victims of fraud.
According to a media release, suspicious files were uncovered that possibly allowed access to credit and debit card information.
Some of the stores affects are in Alabama, Florida and here in Tennessee, but the owner of the Jackson Zaxby's Restaurants said no customers at his restaurants were affected.
"Zaxby's is aware and concern about this very serious incident we would like for our valued quest to know that the stores in Jackson, Tennessee and Lexington, Tennessee were not affected by this incident," said Thomas Pugh.
