JACKSON, Tenn. - Liberty Tech's football program has yet to surpass the .500 mark this season. The Crusaders have an opportunity to that in Week 8.

"North Side is the total package and their coaches do an outstanding job," said Liberty head coach Steve Hookfin.

Despite the importance of last week's victory against an impressive Millington team, Hookfin knows another quality opponent awaits.

"I don't know if that momentum means a whole bunch. How we perform against North Side is all that matters. We are going to have our hands full Friday night for sure," explains Hookfin.

Both the Crusaders and Indians are currently tied for second in District 15-AA. The winner of Friday's game takes sole possession of second.

Tune in on Friday at 10 p.m. for highlights and the final score of the Week 8 matchup.
