Jackson Christian's Roland is Ready to Work

NORTH JACKSON -- High school football is nowhere close to beginning, but don't tell Jackson Christian's Todd Roland that.

Roland, who joins JC from Boyd-Buchanan School in Chattanooga, is elated about building the Eagles program.

"I want everyone to have fun at the same time while shedding sweat, blood and tears," Roland said.

Despite this being Roland's first head coaching position, he's a firm believer that fundamentals is always the starting point. Believe in them and everything else falls in place he explains.

"I want the guys together as a team. With that we'll win games."
