The Bethel Wildcats
dropped their fifth
game this year to
Pikeville College,
20-19 on Saturday.
The Wildcats
out-gained their
opponents 424 to 19
in rushing yards,
but managed only 16
passing yards in the
contest.
Junior running back
Josh Boyd tallied
308 yards on the
ground himself, good
enough for second
all-time in Bethel
single-game history.
A one-yard run by
Pikeville's Chase
Ellis with 2:34 left
in the game gave
them a lead they
would not
relinquish.
Former North Side
Indian Cordarius
Mann gained 99 yards
on 10 carries for
one touchdown.
The 1-5 Wildcats
travel to take on
the West Virginia
