The
7-1 Henry County Patriots moved up
one spot to number three in Class 5A
in this week's Associated Press Prep
Football Poll, after their
surprising loss to Clarksville two
weeks ago.
With
their first loss of the season the
Hardin County Tigers fell from three
to number eight, but still find
themselves a top ten team as they
face Lawrence County looking to go
8-1.
Undefeated Crockett County and one
loss Liberty are holding their own
in the 4A ranks. The Cavaliers come
in at number two with an 8-0 mark,
while the Crusaders are 7-1 with a
ranking of number four.
Class
3A and 2A have the usual teams in
the top ten. The Milan Bulldogs are
ranked number two in 3A with an 8-0
record. Camden is also unbeaten at
9-0 and are right behind the
Bulldogs at number four.
In 2A
the McKenzie Rebels are rolling and
are ranked number three with only
one loss on the year. The Adamsville
Cardinals are at number seven with a
record of 8-1.
The
highest 1A rank goes to the
Huntingdon Mustangs who are number
five with a 7-2 mark. The Tornadoes
of Union City are eight with a 6-2
record.
In
