On Saturday, May 19, the Quebe Sisters Band (pronounced "Kway-bee")from Ft. Worth, Texas, will perform a benefit concert for the Lee School Academy for the Arts at the Krider Performing Arts Center in Paris, TN. The Quebe Sisters Band plays western swing, vintage country, hot jazz, fiddle tunes, and sing amazing three-part harmony. One writer described them as "Bob Wills meets the Andrews Sisters!" The three sisters have been Texas state and national fiddle champions and the guitarist has been a three-time national fiddle champ. They have performed in Europe, Great Britain, and across the U.S.A., as well as making appearances on the Marty Stuart Show, the Grand Ole Opry, the Kennedy Center, the Lincoln Center, and NPR's A Prairie Home Companion.
