Who seen the ring around the moon Thursday night? It was a bright ring that scientists identify as ice crystals that form high in the upper atmosphere. It's know as the winter halo or moon ring. If you didn't get to see it, it was AWESOME!

It also signals a change of weather..everytime I see it, the weather changes...it actually happens quite often.
