What IS this Stuff?

WBBJ predicted a light snow this morning. What I am seeing is not a light, fluffy snow. Some pellets have been as large and round as peas and very white. Some of the build up on the truck looks like the styrofoam pellets that are in children's stuffed animals.
What would you name this weather? Snow? Sleet? Ice? Hail?
