Henderson Man Charged with Securities Fraud

A Chester County stockbroker, who was indicted by a federal grand jury, is free on bond. Timothy Barham, Junior of Henderson, was charged with one county of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud. He was accused of participating in a multi-state fraud ring that conned investors by manipulating prices on certain stocks before selling them to other unsuspecting investors. If convicted of the charge, Barham faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
