U.S. Marshals said they have arrested who they call a prime suspect in the slaying of a Dyersburg teen last weekend. Officials with the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force of the U.S. Marshals picked up Terrence Moses, 31, in Milan this afternoon on an unrelated outstanding warrant. However, they said Moses is wanted for questioning concerning the shooting. Jaron Collins, 17, was fatally shot early Saturday morning while at a Dyersburg apartment complex. U.S. Marshals turned Moses over to Dyer County authorities after his arrest. He has not been charged in connection with the teen’s death. Nonetheless, officers said they want to talk to him after receiving several eyewitness reports stating he was seen near the murder scene waving a gun before Collins was shot to death.
