Man Officially Charged in Fatal Shooting of Teen

Dyersburg police have officially charged a man with shooting and killing a 17-year-old. Terrence Moses, 31, is charged with first degree murder in connection with this past weekend’s deadly shooting. He remains jailed without bond. Witnesses told police Moses was seen waiving a gun shortly before Collins was gunned down near a Dyersburg apartment complex. U.S. Marshals arrested Moses in an unrelated outstanding warrant in Milan, Wednesday. Moses will appear in court, Monday where he will be arraigned on the charge.
