JPD Seeks Identity of Shoplifters

A pair of suspected shoplifters are wanted women. Monday, the Jackson Police Department released surveillance video from JC Penney in the Old Hickory Mall. The video captured on August 1 shows two women who the store’s loss prevention officer identify as shoplifters. The store employee told police she saw the two women hiding clothes and shoes in their own clothing and in a shopping bag. The store’s security told police they were able to get the items, totally almost $300, back. However, the women were able to get away.
