House Catches Fire on Riverside Drive

A house along Riverside Drive was engulfed by flames, Tuesday night. Madison County firefighters were called out around 8:30 and found flames shooting from the house, mainly from the back of the structure. Neighbors tell fire crews the house, located in the 3500 block of Riverside Drive had been abandoned for years. Neighbors believe lightning was to blame, however the investigation continues.
