Nickell Sentenced on Stalking Charges

The Benton County man who admitted to stalking three different women in Jackson is given the maximum sentence possible, Friday. Jason Nickell, 39, was arrested in April and charged with three counts of stalking. Nickell was sentenced to almost three years in the Madison County jail. He had previously entered a “blind” guilty plea, which allowed the judge to sentence him to whatever he saw fit. Investigators said 13 different women contacted them about Nickell though only three of the incidents warranted criminal charges.
