Juvenile Arrested after Shots Fired Near School
A juvenile in Brownsville has been detained after police say he shot off rounds from a handgun, Wednesday night. Officers say the shots were fired on Lynn Drive, right behind Haywood High School. Investigators determined the gun the juvenile had was listed as stolen from Covington. The teen is being held in Juvenile Detention on charges of carrying a weapon with the intent to go armed and possession of stolen property.
