Dollar Tree Employee Indicted in Store Robbery

The Jackson man accused of using a stun gun on a co-worker in order to steal money from their employer will stand trial on charge of aggravated robbery. Monday, a Madison County grand jury indicted Brandon Cole, 22. On June 7, he was accused of using the stun gun on a co-worker at the Dollar Tree on Christmasville Cove and stealing money collected from the store’s registers. He was on the run for two weeks before surrendering to police. Cole remains jailed in lieu of $75,000 and will make his next court appearance on Monday.
