Three Arrested in String of Burglaries

A concerned neighbor is being credited with helping Jackson police put three burglary suspects in a rash of home break-ins behind bars. Kaylem Futrell, 20, Gerquarius Holliday, 18, and David Slate Sr., 22, are charged with aggravated burglary, vandalism and theft. Officers say the quick thinking of the neighborhood helped them arrest the suspects who had property from several recent burglaries in their car, one of which had not even been reported. All three will be arraigned on the charges, Friday.
