Soldier Rape Case Moves Forward

The case of a Fort Campbell soldier is advancing to a Madison County grand jury. Christopher Kraatz, 27, is charged with aggravated statutory rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Kraatz admitted to having consensual sex with a 17-year-old Jackson Christian Student multiple times. His bond was reduced from $10,000 to $5,000. He will return to court on January 9.
