Zaxby’s Attempted Robbery Suspects Identified

Jackson Police have charged three men in Monday night’s attempted robbery of Zaxby’s restaurant. Martavious Jackson, 21, Bryan Foster, 22 and Charles Jackson III, 19, all face a count of attempted robbery and are set to appear in court, tomorrow morning. Investigators said just after 10 p.m., Martavious Jackson and Foster walked into the restaurant with a gun and knife. They said after employees refused to give them money, Jackson pistol whipped a worker before the two ran from the restaurant and jumped into a truck driven by Charles Jackson. All three men were arrested a short time later.
